Comfortable all day wear- adjusts well to balance weight
Versatile size- if lightly loaded doesn't wear like a bulky empty backpack, yet expands to fit 2-3 days worth of stuff.
Durable material- resists stains and repels liquid, does not tear easily
Large side drink campartment x2- coffee and water(large hydro flask) thermus no problem, and they don't bob about.
Well padded PC compartment.
Great pocket layout. Awesome for traveling. Separates charges, hygiene products, clothes, documents and small utilities like pocket knife and sunglasses. Also has area you can utilize as a pocket without literally putting stuff inside. Great for a rain jacket or small tarp.
Cons
Interior pocket fabric constantly gets caught in the zipper (computer compartment).
Does not stand on its own- always needs to be laying down or propped up against something ('s expected as it collapses well)
Does not come with bands to tuck excess straps.
Zipper eyes not suitable to fit a travel lock.

I love this bag. It has all the features I wanted a commuter backpack to have. I bike every day to work and always had the problem in the past how to store my work cloth in a prober way so that they dont get any wrinkles etc. But this bag has such a big volume that it is easy to transport laptop (15" MacBook) + equipment + cloth easily without any sweat and pain.
The overall quality of the bag is exceptional good. What I really like in particular is the way the designers thought about details. I have never seen any bag having a special compartment for glasses and sunglasses. It is by its nature really robust and strong cause it is made out of nice plastic and protects your glasses therefore pretty good.
Overall a great bag for commuting I would every body recommend to buy.
The only downside I see is the design and the color which could have been a little bit more friendly and bright.
Alright, this is the best general purpose/laptop backpack I have ever owned. For $100, you'll get a backpack that will last a lifetime it seems. I am regularly carting 50lbs in this thing and it is extremely comfortable and hasn't frayed a bit.
I fit a LARGE high end Lenovo laptop with a 17" screen, plus a mechanical keyboard, random electronics and chargers, tons of clothes, then throw shoes in the little pouch that is formed by the front portion. I've even seen a buddy fit 2 laptops in it. Then you have the hard case portion for glasses or smaller electronics/fragile items.
I had no idea Thule made backpacks, and now I recommend this to everyone when they ask about it. There are a couple other similar models, but this one is the best for a 17" laptop bag.
Or get the similarly priced Swiss Gear/High Sierra and watch it fray after 2 moths of similar usage.
