I had to return this product because it arrived in poor condition. That said, the customer service of Tiger Direct was excellent. My opinion of them is shared by my colleagues. I would purchase from them again because I did not get a raft of attitude and my money was promptly refunded. I got a personal apology from the seller. All of this was appreciated. About the brand, I really like Everki products and would purchase them again. They are one of the best kept secrets for technology cases that I am aware of. You pay more, but they hold up and are obviously designed with techies and geeks in mind. Still don't have a good camera case.
This bag is great!!! So far it has been with me on many trips which include the beach, snowboarding, hiking and multiple weddings. The design is great because you can easily move it around your body, which makes it perfect to be active with. It replaced my bulkier backpack camera bag and I would never go back. It has so many great extras like the lens cleaner and the waterproof bag to keep your camera dry. I would highly recommend it.
